Logistics Coordinator and Warehouse Supervisor- All Shifts

Chuck’s is a logistics firm and storage facility located in Schertz, Texas. We are seeking a detail oriented, responsible individual to fill the position of Third Shift Logistics Coordinator and Warehouse Supervisor. These positions is full time and offers competitive wages and paid benefits.

Job Responsibilities:

• All Shifts available
• Answer, screen and resolve incoming calls
• Track and verify truck locations prior to delivery
• Communicate with customers, dispatchers and drivers regarding delays, issues and updates
• Verify product information including case counts, temperature readings and pallet counts on active loads
• Accounting support including filing, scanning and photocopying
• Safety support including daily electronic log audits

Job Requirements:

• Computer knowledge and proficiency (Windows based preferred)
• Effective telephone skills
• Forklift operator experience *Experience preferred but not a must. We will provide certification opportunities at our expense*
• Bilingual preferred but not a requirement
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple work priorities
• Excellent attention to detail
• Positive customer service attitude

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
